According to the recent casino magazine articles, the Pink Panther Three Reel Coin Buy-A-Pay "Vision Series", with a secondary Top Box Bonus, has a payback range of 88-95% with a hit every other spin.

I have played this game at least 10 times in a denomination of 50 cents and out of those ten times, we?ve been able to pull three times. The last time I played, I invested $100 into the 50 cent machine and hit approximately four times with nothing bigger than 40 coins. Although the machine is fun, when you do hit the second screen (which is generated by hitting three Pink Panthers on the pay line), in my last session, I didn?t hit the Pink Panther once. However, when you do hit the Pink Panther, the Vision Series screen displays several rows of Pink Panther icons. The player then gets to choose an icon which hides a bonus coin amount from 5 to 50 coins. However, there are two blocks that hide Inspector Clouseau and when you hit one of them, the game ends. My opinion is that the second screen should hit more often than it does, which would encourage people to play longer on the machine. Have you tried the online slots as yet?

This is a new machine, just installed at my favorite casino and I?m not real crazy about three reel slots, but I thought I?d give this one a try and invested $20 into the machine.

Spell Binder has a Top Box Bonus game, which is triggered by hitting a magician?s hat on the pay line. You are then prompted on the Top Box Bonus game (which depicts a ladder) to basically press a high-low button to select a number randomly between 1 and 12. If your selection is correct, you advance one more step. The bonus ladder goes from 10 coins to 1,000 coins. Fifteen correct guesses will get you the top bonus. I did hit the top bonus, and for my $20, I found this machine to be playable for short times, due to the fact that it?s based on a Red- White-and-Blue and the other hits were very infrequent. Without the Top Box Bonus game this machine would be less than exciting.
